Job summary

Locum Ready in Verwood is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for flexible sessional work across primary care clinic settings. This role offers autonomous minor illness assessments and routine primary care duties within well-supported GP clinics.

You will manage acute presentations, carry out routine assessments and contribute to day-to-day clinical operations, with clear clinical pathways to support safe practice. Shifts are fully flexible, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with relevant experience.
• Independent Prescribing qualification desirable.
• Familiarity with EMIS Web or SystmOne.

You will support local primary care teams by managing acute presentations, carrying out routine assessments and contributing to day-to-day clinical operations. Each service offers clear clinical pathways to support safe and effective practice.
