Job summary

Locums First is seeking Locum Nurse Practitioners to cover flexible sessions in Kinghorn and surrounding areas. You will run NP clinics, manage minor illnesses, triage, and carry out routine clinical duties across GP practices and community services.

Desirable Independent Prescribing, NHS experience preferred, with Enhanced DBS. Flexible weekday/evening/weekend slots and ad-hoc bookings offer ongoing local opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical background.
• Independent Prescribing qualification desirable.
• Experience in GP, urgent care, walk-in or community settings.
• Strong assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Adaptability when working across different clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Run independent NP clinics across primary care services.
