Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support regional community clinic services across Bargarran Centre. This role offers flexible locum sessions in community environments, enabling autonomous assessments and response to urgent patient demand.

You will deliver routine clinical care, triage and minor illness management, with opportunity for short-term or ongoing arrangements across regional locations. DBS enhanced checks are expected as part of practice.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with clinical background in community, urgent care or primary care.
• Prescribing qualification (V300) desirable.
• Experience in community health settings with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NP-led sessions in community health clinics.
• Manage acute, minor illness and routine presentations.
• Support urgent care demand via triage by phone or in person.
• Prescribe within scope if accredited.
• Complete clinical actions including results, reviews and follow-up tasks.
• Record accurate and compliant clinical notes.
