Practice Plus Group in Portsmouth is seeking a Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner for its Urgent Care Team. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional patient care and requires a Level 6 qualification in Minor Illness and Injuries. Practitioners will work in a supportive environment focusing on professional development, with shifts available across the week.

We are seeking Nursing/Paramedic's who are committed to working as part of our Urgent Care Team to deliver an excellent and caring service to our patients.
We have a multidisciplinary workforce which consists primarily of Advanced Clinicians and Emergency Practitioners trained in both adult and paediatric disciplines whom are supported by GPs.
As we are a 7 day service we are looking for Nurse or Paramedic Practitioners who can work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends and our shifts range from 7.5 hours - 12.5 hours and as we understand the need for flexible working so we are offering a bank contract to work around your current commitments.
What you'll be doing
The main patient groups are patients with minor injury and minor illness. Patients who present to the Urgent Treatment Centre are managed by our expert team of Practitioners/Clinicians with an undifferentiated diagnosis through a process of assessment, formulation of a clinical management plan and subsequently discharge or transfer for definitive care.
