Overview

Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding career as a Primary Care Advanced Care Practitioner? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented and passionate ANP or Paramedic Practitioner to join our dynamic team at The Dolphins Practice, which is part of Sussex Primary Care.

At Dolphins Practice, we provide a supportive and collaborative environment, with access to technology and resources to deliver high quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate management plans.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic presentations.
  • Provide expert care for frail and elderly patients, including care home visits.
  • Prescribe independently (V300 qualification essential).
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and investigations.
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
  • Contribute to service development, audits, and clinical governance activities.
  • Support colleagues and learners through mentorship and professional guidance.
Qualifications

We are looking for a non‑medical prescriber with primary care experience and a sound knowledge of long‑term and minor illness conditions.
