Nurse Manager-Mansfield-£65K-Small Service

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a small, highly regarded residential care home in Mansfield. About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care and that all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, are consistently met. You will lead a dedicated team, supporting and developing staff, promoting a positive culture, and maintaining excellent relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

You will have the autonomy to shape the service while benefiting from the support of a stable management team, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional care rather than addressing staffing or compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities
