What you will do as a Nurse Manager
  • Maximise financial performance of the home, exceeding budgetary targets and increase the percentage of private fee payers
  • Maximise financial performance of the home, exceeding budgetary targets and increase the percentage of private fee payers
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered Manager;
  • Undertake pro-active occupancy planning, developing strategies to maximise occupancy and pricing levels.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, their relatives and visitors, and all external parties involved in the residents’ wellbeing;
What you need
  • 2 years experience in a similar role or within a senior nursing role
