Qualifications

• Experience in care delivery and significant Band 6 experience in Critical Care.
• Experience leading a team and supervising junior staff.
• Knowledge of best practices in the area of specialism.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate delivery and development of the Critical Care Outreach service.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients at risk of deterioration.
• Support and improve services for patients who may need escalation to a higher level of care.
