Job summary

Mariposa Care Group Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse (Bank) for The Old Prebendal House in Oxfordshire. The role offers £28.21 per hour with a bank contract, requiring an RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN and care-home experience.

You will lead by example, delivering person-centred nursing care and collaborating with the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• A qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in elderly care and care home settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-working abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to manage the care team and deliver high-quality care.
• Provide person-centred nursing care and interventions as needed.
• Motivate and support the team to ensure smooth home operation.
• Act as role model for clinical staff and maintain best practice.
• Report to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead on key issues.
