• Must have current NMC registrations and up to date clinical knowledge.
• Experience in writing detailed care plans including risk assessments and diet plans is essential.
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks including MCA/DoLs required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and care to our residents, meeting their physical and psychological needs.
• Administer and document prescribed medication and maintain care plans.
• Coach and develop the care team to deliver high standards of care.
