We are now looking for a hard working and committed individual to join us as Deputy Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support your Home Manager and play an important role in team leadership.
  • Oversee and assist in the nursing care of each resident, including maintaining accurate records and consistently delivering the highest care standards.
  • Ensure person‑centred care of our residents, delivering the highest standards of care and ensuring their individual needs are always met as you assess their nursing needs.
  • Supervise and manage your team, liaise with residents’ families and other care professionals and keep up to date and comply with CQC and care standards.
  • Demonstrate our core values in all that you do, be a role model for your team, inspire them with your passion and strive for excellence throughout the home.
What are we looking for?
  • An experienced nurse, who holds a current NMC pin.

This role would be for 40 hours per week and would be subject to the receipt of two satisfactory job references plus an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check and may include covering occasional evenings, weekends, nights, bank holidays.
