CS UK Recruitment Ltd is helping to recruit a Nurse Deputy Home Manager for an exceptional care home in the Ipswich area. You will deputise for the Home Manager, lead nursing and care teams, and ensure high-quality clinical and pastoral care for residents, including those with complex needs.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, strong governance and relationship-building skills, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care within a supportive home environment.

Competenze

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
• Previous Deputy Home Manager experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of CQC standards.
• Ability to engage with service users and families.
• Strong leadership and clinical governance abilities.
