Ghosh Medical Group is Liverpool’s leading private medical company. We are expanding and are settling into our brand new clinic offering private medical and aesthetic services in the heart of Liverpool’s medical district – Rodney Street.
What You Will Be Doing
The post is for a qualified nurse who wants to further their experience and skills in nursing. You will be part of our growing team to provide a safe, effective, efficient care environment for patient’s relatives and carers. Working together with the Clinical team you will provide leadership and development of the practice. The successful candidate is likely to be a strong individual who is willing and able to take an active role.
Role Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the clinical leadership across the clinic
- Focus on the day‑to‑day delivery of excellence in quality care, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, services are safe and delivered seamlessly
- Champion our patient’s needs and help to deliver a great service to them
- Meet existing and potential clients’ needs and build positive relationships
- Undertake necessary performance measures such as audits, reviews, surveys to make sure achieving compliance
- Monitor patients, record and report symptoms or changes in their conditions to provide the most suitable care and advice
- Perform routine procedures such as administering non‑intravenous medications, taking blood pressure and completing patients’ records
- Administer medications to patients, monitor them for potential reactions or side effects and report to the physician
- Assist Surgeons during operations and emergencies
- Create and maintain accurate, comprehensive healthcare records and reports of patients
- Work with physicians and other health professionals to create personalised treatment plans for patients
What You Need For The Role
- Proven experience as an Adult Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Outstanding knowledge of nursing care procedures and methods
- Excellent understanding of health and safety protocols, including decontamination and sanitation
- Be patient, compassionate and have an empathetic nature
- Knowledge of emergency care
- Ability to lead and work well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid nursing licence
