Job summary

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Nursing Associate to deliver direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team under supervision from a Registered Nurse. You will plan workload, adhere to documentation standards and NMC guidelines to ensure compassionate, patient-centred care.

You will contribute to care planning, supervise junior staff and advocate for patients, following Trust policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• NMC registered practitioner status is required.
• Ability to plan workload and deliver patient-centred care.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork and maintaining documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver direct care for a designated group of patients.
• Plan and prioritise workload under supervision from a Registered Nurse.
• Support and supervise junior staff and students whenever appropriate.
• Adhere to Trust policies, procedures and guidelines.
