Job summary

A leading nursing home provider in Wrexham is seeking compassionate individuals to join their nursing team. Qualifications

  • Must have current NMC registrations and up to date clinical knowledge.
  • Experience in writing detailed care plans including risk assessments and diet plans is essential.
  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks including MCA/DoLs required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to our residents, meeting their physical and psychological needs
  • Administration, documentation and ordering of prescribed medication
  • Support with new admissions and discharges of residents
  • Weekly GP rounds
  • Updating and maintaining resident care plans, liaising with external parties where applicable
  • Coaching, supporting and developing our care team to deliver a high standard of care at all times
What we are looking for

If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to join our nursing team at our lovely nursing home. Our nursing team are the backbone of our home and it is essential that our team have current NMC registrations, up to date knowledge of clinical practices and experience in writing detailed care plans including risk assessments and diet plans. A good understanding of regulatory frameworks including MCA/DoLs is also required.
