Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver outstanding clinical care across our home, with a focus on relationship-centred care and dementia care. Your nursing expertise will help us maintain high standards and compassionate support for residents.

You will lead the clinical team, collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager, participate in care plan audits, and communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues to uphold Hallmark’s values and quality of life

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with experience delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care.
• Knowledgeable in dementia care and passionate about making a difference.
• Ethical professionals who always do things the right way, guided by our Charter.

The Role: Registered Nurse

Join us as a Registered Nurse, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding clinical care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you'll leverage your robust clinical knowledge and exceptional people skills to elevate standards in relationship-centred care, clinical excellence, and dementia care throughout our home.

Your Responsibilities:
