Registered Nurse — Nights (RGN / RMN)

Location: Portsmouth • £20 per hour • 48 hours • Permanent • Night Shifts

Are you a compassionate and experienced Nurse? We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a well-regarded care home, providing exceptional care during night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident RGN or RMN to support the night care team, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of clinical care throughout the night.

What You'll Do

• Ensure safe, effective delivery of care
• Oversee medication rounds and clinical tasks
• Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on nursing care as needed
• Complete and review care documentation and handovers
• Work closely with families, GPs, and external professionals when required
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
