Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding nursing care: Be responsible for the whole patient experience, including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide the highest quality, holistic and person-centred care to our residents.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy. Qualifications
- Qualified Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Clinical experience: Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, with previous experience in a health or social care setting.
- Passion and dedication: A genuine desire and motivation to help others and make a positive difference to their lives.
- Resilience and flexibility: Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapting positively to changing situations and demands.
