Regional Nurse Manager

Ideally based in Dorset or Cornwall - regular travel required.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus a company car

We are looking for a Regional Nurse Manager with a strong background in Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) to oversee a caseload of complex care clients across Dorset and Cornwall. This full‑time permanent role is a unique opportunity to join a values‑driven organisation that prioritises quality, compassion, and person‑centred care.

You’ll manage a small, focused caseload (maximum 10 caseloads) allowing you to build deep relationships with service users and truly understand their needs. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values clinical excellence, autonomy, and empathy.

Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct & review comprehensive care planning and risk assessments, escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Partake in mobilisation, delivery, and quality assurance of complex care packages.
  • Manage your diary flexibly to meet the needs of your caseload – this is not a 9‑5 role, there will be occasions where you will be in the field out of hours to sign off or supervise staff.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure staffing, training, and compliance.
  • Support recruitment and development of a skilled complex care workforce.
  • Handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Partake in out of hours on‑call (on rotation).
What You’ll Bring
  • Registered Nurse and minimum 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Manager.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Learning Disability and Autism clients.
  • Background in Complex Care Nursing, ideally in community settings.
  • Strong conflict resolution, time management, and decision‑making skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
