A prominent healthcare provider in England is seeking a Senior Clinical Practitioner for their Specialist Older Adults Mental Health service. The post is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Nurse to build upon and advance their leadership and managerial skills. The focus of the role is on providing clinical leadership to the Specialist Older Adults Mental Health (SOAMHS) service and in deputising for the team Manager with the day‑to‑day running of this service. The focus of the service will be to ensure that patients receive assessment and therapeutic intervention to maximise their independence, safety and wellbeing. The interventions will include education, individual work and group work and will involve working closely with patients, carers, statutory and voluntary agencies, within a multi‑disciplinary team. They will hold their own complex caseload of patients.
The post holder will be based in the Ealing Community Team and will undertake home visits, meetings at the team base and other community sites.

Recruiting one Band 7 Senior Nurse Practitioner in Ealing. The post is based at Ealing Borough. Assessments and interventions are delivered at patients' homes therefore flexibility is important. Ealing has excellent public transport links; having a car or driving is not essential, though most clinicians use the bus on visits. All expenses will be refunded on a monthly basis.
