Responsibilities

• Run small group and 1:1 numeracy intervention sessions focused on core skills.
• Use diagnostic assessments to identify gaps and tailor support.
• Reinforce classroom learning with structured practice, modelling and scaffolded tasks.
• Track pupil progress using school systems and provide feedback to teachers.
• Adapt explanations to suit different learning styles and abilities.
• Prepare and organise resources for intervention sessions.
• Promote positive attitudes towards maths and build pupil resilience.
• Support behaviour for learning and maintain a calm, focused intervention.
