Vulcain Engineering UK is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a national megaproject within the UKor the nuclear sector. You will work alongside experienced Quality Leads to ensure quality governance, audits, and documentation are delivered to high standards.

The role requires experience in engineering/project environments, knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/18001, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, construction, or manufacturing projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/18001 standards.
• Experience in quality reporting, audits, and process improvement.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint; strong communication.”
• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support quality governance and assurance activities.
• Assist in creating and improving quality procedures and documents.
• Participate in audits, self‑assessments and health checks.
• Identify non‑conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with nuclear regulatory requirements and project specs.
• Support KPI monitoring and quality performance tracking.
• Contribute to risk management and mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization.
