Job summary

A leading nuclear engineering firm in Bridgwater is seeking a Project Planner to join the PMO division for a significant nuclear project. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining construction schedules, collaborating with site teams, and managing stakeholder communications. The role demands expertise in Primavera P6 and a strong background in engineering planning, particularly within regulated industries. Qualifications

• Demonstratable experience in engineering or construction planning.
• Industry exposure across Nuclear or another highly regulated heavy industry.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 schedule development and progress monitoring.
• Confident managing a multitude of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with site teams on schedule performance tracking.
• Assist in the Trend & Change process, analyzing schedule impact.
• Produce schedule reports to a defined reporting cycle.

Skills

Engineering or construction planning experience

Knowledge of EPC project environments

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of site safety culture
