Job summary

Rullion Ltd. is seeking a Project Controls Manager for a permanent, fully site-based role near Whitehaven. You will manage cost forecasting and cost management systems, develop control processes, and oversee project budgets and KPI reporting.

The role requires nuclear site project experience, a degree in a relevant field, and advanced Excel skills. UK work eligibility and SC clearance are essential. 40 hours per week, site-based with a car allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience with cost management systems (essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced, essential)
• Great attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills
• Nuclear site project experience
• Civil or Construction industry experience (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer and maintain the Project Cost Forecasting & Cost Management systems.
• Develop a suitable control system to assist in cost, time and performance management.
• Responsible for managing project costs including planning, developing, controlling and forecasting budgets.
• Coordinate and submit KPI information to client, with internal liaison for supporting input.
• Administer monthly internal cost/value reconciliation and assist in payments applications and client reports.
• Advise project team of cost coding and budgets for requisitions & subcontract orders.
