Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is recruiting a Pipefitter for the Hinkley Point C project, with day or night shifts on a permanent basis. You will join a team delivering complex piping systems, fabricating components and installing pipes to exact specifications.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to project standards, and collaboration within the MEH Alliance to support the UK's energy infrastructure and long-term decarbonisation goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Pipefitting or related piping disciplines.
• Experience with pipe fabrication, installation and testing on industrial piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble pipes using specialised tools
• Install and secure piping systems per exact specifications
• Test and inspect piping performance and safety compliance
• Prepare work areas and follow safety procedures
• Assist Supervisor to ensure work methods meet project requirements
