Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Project Manager specialising in nuclear module fabrication and assembly, based in Warrington on a hybrid contract basis. You will lead end-to-end delivery of modular construction projects for SMRs and large nuclear infrastructure, driving safe, compliant fabrication and on-time, on-budget performance while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

• End-to-end project delivery planning, baselining and reporting using EVMS.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication and pipework.
• Offsite manufacturing and modular assembly management in nuclear context.
• Implementation of nuclear QA programmes and auditable records.
• Coordination of fabrication partners and quality/productivity improvements.
• Management of complex supply chains and stakeholder interfaces.
• Desirable: Lean manufacturing practices.
• Desirable: Welding standards, NDT awareness.
• Desirable: FAT coordination and commissioning readiness.
