EDF HPC seeks an Emergency Preparedness Advisor to lead the development and implementation of emergency preparedness arrangements for commissioning and pre-operational activities at Hinkley Point C. You will work with the construction emergency preparedness team to ensure a smooth transition to commissioning and full operation.

The role involves developing operating procedures, ensuring the availability of emergency equipment for training, and contributing to emergency preparedness procedures

Qualificações

• Strong communication and organisational skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of UK nuclear emergency preparedness regulations.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Experience working within CDM regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement emergency preparedness arrangements for commissioning and pre-operational activities.
• Support development of operating procedures and readiness of emergency equipment and facilities for training.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams to build capability through exercises from classroom to large-scale site exercises.
• Ensure emergency readiness of operations to Maintain, Commission and Operate the plant with an emergency culture.
