Job summary

KURY UK Ltd, part of Kury Groupe and 100% dedicated to the nuclear field, is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the System Engineer IED scope. The role focuses on lighting and power outlets, with a hybrid work mode and challenging industrial safety requirements.

You will produce and update system documentation, manage interfaces with client disciplines, and participate in design, testing, and commissioning phases across EPR-related projects. Collaboration and mentoring are emphasised.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the nuclear industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Experience with industrial project processes in the energy sector.
  • Familiarity with RCC-E electrical regs and NF C 13-200 / BS7671 / IEC 60909.
  • Experience in technical document reviews and radioprotection/ instrumentation design.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, review and update the system documentation for diverse electrical systems (DN, DS, DX).
  • Manage interfaces with client disciplines involved in radioprotection equipment contracts.
  • Manage the design and operation of EPR systems during design, construction and commissioning phases.
  • Ensure proper integration of detailed mechanical diagrams, functional diagrams, 3D models in the tools.
  • Receive modification requests, verify coherence, challenge necessity and ensure feasibility and validity.
  • Participate in experience-sharing activities (OPEX) with other projects.
