Nuclear Graduates is offering a two-year Digital Software Engineer pathway managed by Energus in the UK. You will design, test, and maintain digital software systems, while contributing to digital development processes and collaborative projects across sponsor companies.

The programme seeks graduates with strong programming skills, cybersecurity awareness, and knowledge of cloud and data technologies. Relocation and travel are expected as part of cross-site secondments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 in a relevant degree subject.
• Right to work in the UK for the duration of the 2-year programme.
• Successful completion of security clearance checks.
• Willing and able to travel and relocate; Energus head office is based in Workington, Cumbria, with role locations varying by sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply software engineering principles to design, develop, test, and maintain digital software systems.
• Contribute to establishing Digital Development Processes across the business.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and collaboration with colleagues.
