Job summary

Rullion Managed Services requires a Contract Manager to lead major contracts at Leiston, Sizewell, working with the Contract Management Lead and PMO. The role focuses on commercial leadership, pace, rigour, and delivering value with suppliers, while engaging Outage Management, Engineering, Procurement and QA teams.

Responsibilities include contract performance, stakeholder communication, identifying efficiencies, contract negotiations, issue resolution, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in a business or commercial discipline.
• Strong experience of MSAs and NEC Contract Management preferable.
• Substantial contract negotiation experience.
• Experience in working with a main contractor.
• Experience in financial control including cost control and other processes would be beneficial.
• Ability to deliver information and influence internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong MS Office skills, ability to work to deadlines and highly organised.
• SAP and CEMAR experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the performance of key contractors in accordance with the relevant contract requirements and business operational needs, to ensure best value and services from suppliers are achieved in terms of cost, quality, and productivity
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and communicating relevant contractual information as required
• Identifying and implementing opportunities and improvements for commercial efficiencies across operational activities and contracts
• Leading on contract negotiations
• Providing contract-related issue resolution to supplier disputes or escalations
• Ensuring that all processes followed are in line with legislation and company policies
• Completing contract close-out, reviewing contracts for extension or renewal, and assisting procurement teams where applicable for re-procurement
