Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is recruiting a Plant Supervisor for Sizewell C in Ipswich. You will support batching operations, ensure quality concrete production, and work safely on a major infrastructure project. No prior site experience is required as full training and development are provided.

You will join a collaborative onsite team, with DBS checks and a driving licence encouraged. Overtime paid and 39-hour week.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete to approved systems and standards.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with Production Manager.
• Conduct routine plant maintenance and safety checks.
• Report defects affecting health, safety, or quality.
• Liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure output and service quality.
