A leading healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a motivated Thrombectomy Nurse for their Acute Stroke Unit. The role involves managing acute stroke patients and assisting in care and transfers. Ideal candidates will have a current UK NMC PIN, experience in acute settings, and exceptional communication skills. Support for professional development and training in stroke care is also provided. Thrombectomy Nurse
Band 6 - 37 Hours per week
Fixed Term for 12 months
Location: Acute Stroke Unit, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Acute Stroke Unit as a thrombectomy nurse. We are seeking an experienced nurse who will further enhance our team managing acute stroke patients admitted mainly from ED and identify patients for thrombolysis and thrombectomy and assist in the transfer to Ninewells Hospital.
