A regional health board is seeking a Departmental Receptionist to join the Audiology Department in Aberdeen. The role involves managing a busy reception area, providing excellent service to patients and colleagues. Candidates should possess a good standard of education and excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience in a reception role is advantageous. This position offers a chance to work within a supportive team in a vital healthcare setting.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and conscientious individual to work in the Audiology Department based at Woodend Hospital. The reception role in this department is an extremely busy role with a high volume of workload. The successful applicant will have a good standard of education, excellent communication, a pleasant and friendly manner, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative. Knowledge of MS Office suite is required and previous reception experience would be advantageous. Candidates must have the ability to deal with service users and colleagues in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.
