CRA Consulting, in partnership with a Doncaster law firm, seeks an NQ Solicitor or experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its Wills & Probate team in Doncaster. You will handle a broad range of matters and develop your technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified as a Solicitor and seeking to establish themselves in Private Client; or
• Strong experience as a Private Client / Wills & Probate Paralegal seeking a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with and managing a varied caseload of Wills & Probate matters.
• Drafting and advising on Wills and associated estate planning matters.
• Assisting with Probate applications and Estate Administration.
• Dealing with Powers of Attorney, Trusts and related Private Client matters.
• Supporting Court of Protection work where appropriate.
• Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with Paralegals and supporting their ongoing professional development.
• Progressing your own technical knowledge and taking on increasing responsibility within the department.
