Job description

A well-established Legal 500 firm covering the London / Surrey area is seeking a Junior Litigation Solicitor (NQ2 PQE) to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified or early-career Solicitor looking to develop their skills and experience within a supportive, forward-thinking environment. You will be joining a small, collaborative team where youll gain hands‑on exposure across a wide range of contentious matters and work directly with senior solicitors.

The Role The successful candidate will assist in managing a varied caseload across :

  • Property litigation, including landlord and tenant matters
  • Debt recovery
  • Non-contentious employment law
  • Contentious probate
  • General commercial disputes

There will also be opportunities to gain experience in corporate and commercial law and statutory lease extensions, working closely with the Head of Department.

Key Responsibilities
