My client is looking for an outstanding NQ-5 years PQE Family Solicitor to join their team in Leicester, Leicestershire. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to take over and run a busy and thriving Family Law Department in a friendly but professional law firm.

The position can be tailored to meet the right candidate's personal wishes such as full‑time/part‑time/job share with a rewarding salary commensurate as to experience. They are looking for someone who can help take the firm forward in the future with the prospect of a partnership in due course.

As well as representing parents and family members, the team is regularly instructed to represent the interests of children in care proceedings and private family proceedings. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a busy team. They must be able to manage their own caseload with minimum supervision.

This is a busy role requiring a proactive individual who will demonstrate a positive approach to work whilst maintaining resilience and focus under pressure.
