Talbots Law in Worcester is expanding its L500 ranked Dispute Resolution Department and is seeking a talented NQ Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our growing team, advising individuals and businesses on civil and commercial disputes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with pre or post qualification exposure to commercial and civil dispute resolution.
• Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
• Effective interpersonal communication with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach with ability to manage deadlines.
• Interest in business development and building professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise individual and business clients on civil and commercial disputes.
• Manage disputes including nuisance, easement, boundary, defamation and professional negligence matters.
• Run matters from instruction through to resolution with clear, practical advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent outcomes for clients.
• Maintain compliance with SRA regulations, Lexcel standards and accounting procedures.
• Support business development and strengthen client and referrer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional levels of client care at every stage of the journey.
