An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join a well-regarded and expanding regional firm based in Lincolnshire. This Legal 500 recognised practice has built a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across the region and is now looking to grow its commercial property team due to sustained client demand.

If you're recently qualified or have a couple of years' experience under your belt, and you're looking for a role with quality work, clear progression and a collaborative team this could be just the ticket.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, leases, refinancing, and property development.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, licences, and other key commercial property documents.
• Carrying out due diligence, reviewing title and search results, raising and responding to enquiries.
• Advising a varied client base, from local SMEs and developers to larger commercial entities.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and third parties to progress matters efficiently and professionally.
• Assisting senior colleagues with more complex transactions while taking ownership of your own files as appropriate.
• Managing deadlines, compliance obligations and key dates across your matters.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) with a background in commercial property.
• Confident handling transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion, with support as needed.
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
