Job summary

Errington Legal in Norfolk is seeking an Agricultural Property Solicitor to handle a broad range of agricultural real estate work, including acquisitions, disposals, and development, with a mandate to build strong client relationships across tenants, partnerships and trusts. The role requires NQ-6 years PQE in agricultural/commercial property; agricultural experience is a bonus but not essential.

Expect attention to detail, strong drafting skills and an active involvement in business

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of agricultural real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, developments, tenancies and refinancing.
• Build strong relationships with clients across the agriculture sector, working with tenants, partnerships and trusts as well as charities.
• The role will deal with complex registrations and trusts matters as well as lease creations and natural capital projects.
• Play an active role in business development.
