Role Summary

A UK Police force is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to provide project co‑ordination to IT projects, with a focus on the M365 Project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective governance and supporting Project Managers in various workstreams.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative tasks to support the implementation of IT projects
  • Assist in facilitating and organizing the rollout of devices for the M365 Project
  • Draft policies and procedures using Word, Excel, or Visio
  • Maintain logs for Risk, Issue, Change, Decision, and Dependency
  • Arrange and schedule meetings as needed
  • Support other IT projects when required
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
