Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is recruiting an experienced NPI Quality Lead for a specialist manufacturing business in Bridgend. The role covers quality delivery across the New Production Introduction lifecycle from feasibility to production readiness.

You will build and own the NPI quality framework, develop control plans, FMEAs, inspection regimes and lead non-conformance investigations, with exposure to regulated, high-integrity environments including nuclear/defence sectors.

Qualifications

APQP and NPI quality delivery.
FMEA, MSA, SPC and capability studies.
Quality procedures development and implementation.
Non-conformance and correction action.
Auditing and supplier quality.
Special processes such as welding, NDE or coatings.
Working within regulated, high-integrity manufacturing environments.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI quality delivery from feasibility through to production readiness
Drive APQP deliverables and NPI stage gates
Develop and maintain Control Plans, FMEAs, FME procedures and inspection regimes
Lead non-conformance investigations, containment and corrective actions
Ensure traceability, lifetime records and material certification requirements are met
Undertake QMS gap analysis and implement required procedures
Support accreditation, safety and regulatory compliance

Hours: Monday to Thursday 10:00 - 15:00 & Friday 9:00 - 12:00

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced NPI Quality Lead to join a specialist manufacturing business operating within a highly regulated, high-integrity environment.

This is a senior, hands-on quality role with responsibility for owning quality delivery throughout the New Production Introduction lifecycle, from initial feasibility through to production readiness.

You will have the opportunity to build and own the NPI quality framework, developing the control plans, procedures, quality gates and processes required for each programme.
