Job summary

A global leader in the Aerospace sector is seeking an experienced NPI Quality Engineer to join their team in Wrexham. The role requires expertise in Aerospace manufacturing, particularly with confidence in First Article Inspection and Validation. Your responsibilities will include leading quality planning activities, supporting gate progression, and deploying NPI Quality strategies. This is a permanent position with an ASAP start date, requiring a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aerospace manufacturing is necessary.
• Confidence with First Article Inspection and Validation.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and inspection strategies advantageous.

• Leading and governing all quality planning activities
• Supporting successful gate progression
• Deploying NPI Quality strategies and internal quality systems. Including PFMEA, control plans, process flow, GD&T & Inspection strategies
• Plan, execute and approve first article inspection

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven Aerospace manufacturing experience (CNC Machining is advantageous)
