Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration and launch of new products at our Rainham manufacturing facility. You will act as the bridge between Industrial Design and Manufacturing, driving end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

You will guide activities across design, engineering, and manufacturing, provide input on manufacturing processes and cost analyses, and

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or business with strong project background.
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing with production exposure.
• Knowledge of BOMs, drawings, and production routes.
• Familiarity with DFM, DFA, DOE, and PFMEA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new product introduction projects end-to-end.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide project management and manufacturing input across all development stages.
• Act as liaison between Manufacturing and Product Development teams.
• Lead cross-functional activities with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, and Operations.
• Support plant operations for successful product integration and launch.
• Apply manufacturing and cost analysis to set requirements and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with suppliers to define product specs and ensure quality.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve product design.
