Focusrite plc is seeking an NPI Project Manager for High Wycombe to lead hardware development from concept to market. This hybrid role involves coordinating with Engineering, Product Management and Marketing to deliver complex product initiatives.

• Experience leading cross-functional hardware projects from concept to launch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Programme, Engineering and Product Management to define development strategies and roadmaps.
• Apply internal project management framework to deliver plans with stage gates.
• Manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive end-to-end product development from concept to mass production.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Estimate and track costs and performance metrics (schedule/cost/quality).
• Build relationships with internal teams and contract manufacturers to ensure delivery and continuous improvement.
• Support Scrum Masters to deliver total value for new products including software and customer experience.
• Propose improvements to processes, tools and ways of working within the Programme Management framework.
