My client is committed to creating products that customers love while keeping food safety and excellence at the heart of every process. Currently looking for an NPD Technologist to play a key role in developing exciting new products and supporting the growth of our business.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A relevant qualification in food science, nutrition, or a related discipline
• Experience working within food manufacturing or product development (placement or full-time role)
• Confidence in recipe development, product testing, and data recording
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Clear communication skills to work with colleagues, suppliers, and customers

You are:

• Curious and enthusiastic about food, with a genuine interest in creating great products and progressing your career.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role, from developing recipes to preparing samples for tastings (unsuitable for vegan/vegetarian candidates)
• Detail-oriented, making sure product specifications and data are accurate and reliable
• Practical and adaptable, able to solve problems and think creatively under time pressures
• A supportive team player who’s also confident working independently
• Keen to keep learning and growing your expertise in product development
