Job summary

Zest in London is seeking an experienced NPD Project Manager to own projects from concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, commercial, supply chain and operations, translating briefs into commercially viable products while managing stakeholders and ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end product development projects.
• Confident working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with major UK retailers.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects within a fast‑paced environment.
