Job summary

Strive Supply Chain Services Ltd seeks an NPD Product Development Exec to manage the entire NPD pipeline from approved concept through launch. The role is hybrid (Stevenage) with a 3/2 split, coordinating with manufacturing partners in China to hit critical milestones and ensure timely delivery of samples, specs and launch materials.

You will maintain a rolling product development pipeline, coordinate prototypes and approvals, and provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in product development, NPD or sourcing.
• Experience working with factories and suppliers in China is desirable.
• Strong pipeline and critical-path management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end NPD critical path from concept to launch.
• Maintain rolling pipeline with timelines, actions and launch dates.
• Coordinate prototypes, specs, testing and approvals.
• Ensure marketing readiness and product information is ready on time.
• Provide regular updates on status, risks and readiness.
• Lead China factory meetings and manage supplier briefs and deliverables.
• Coordinate imagery, photos and product data for website assets.
