True North Talent Limited is seeking a Process Technologist for a hands-on role within its NPD team in London. You will lead production trials, organise validations, and translate concepts into scalable production while ensuring quality, cost targets, and project milestones are met across the development journey.

The role covers the journey from development through launch and post-launch, collaborating with development chefs, technical teams and production personnel to optimise process

Qualifications

• Experience in NPD or EPD programmes.
• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience with chilled meals is advantageous.
• HACCP Level 2 certification.
• Degree in Food Technology/Science or related field.
• Experience supporting or leading production trials.
• Strong understanding of food quality and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Lead production trials and ensure stakeholder alignment at each project stage.
• Plan trials against critical paths and coordinate resources and timings.
• Lead pre- and post-trial meetings and drive cross-functional engagement.
• Set clear trial objectives and communicate recommendations and next steps.
• Organise product validations including organoleptic, cooking, freezer and transit tests.
