Ttigroup, part of the global floorcare family under TTI, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (NPD) to drive the design and development of floorcare products for Vax and Hoover brands. You will deliver robust, manufacturable mechanical designs while managing schedules and collaborating with engineering and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in tolerance stack‑ups and CAD modelling of complex parts and assemblies.
• Experience with FEA and failure analysis.
• Strong understanding of materials, heat treatments and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to apply drawing specifications for function and manufacturability.
• Growing knowledge of the NPD process and project scheduling (WBS).

Responsabilités

• Drive product performance for the floorcare brand, identifying design gaps with limited direction.
• Deliver on project goals with minimal oversight and ensure detailed design execution.
• Present technical information to cross‑functional teams and maintain clear communication with support groups.
• Proactively alert stakeholders to obstacles and propose solutions.
• Deliver product innovation and apply root‑cause problem solving.
• Create accurate project schedules and work breakdown structures within the global engineering team.
