You will deliver robust, manufacturable mechanical designs while managing schedules and collaborating with engineering and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in tolerance stack‑ups and CAD modelling of complex parts and assemblies.
• Experience with FEA and failure analysis.
• Strong understanding of materials, heat treatments and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to apply drawing specifications for function and manufacturability.
• Growing knowledge of the NPD process and project scheduling (WBS).

Responsibilities

• Drive product performance for the floorcare brand, identifying design gaps with limited direction.
• Deliver on project goals with minimal oversight and ensure detailed design execution.
• Present technical information to cross‑functional teams and maintain clear communication with support groups.
• Proactively alert stakeholders to obstacles and propose solutions.
• Deliver product innovation and apply root‑cause problem solving.
• Create accurate project schedules and work breakdown structures within the global engineering team.
