As NPD Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by leading the end-to-end development of new products and optimising our client's existing portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) within the food manufacturing sector, with a strong track record of delivering successful launches.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional development teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and product testing procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
